Professor Michelle M. Hill, founder and CEO of ProSeek Bio, is a distinguished leader in cancer biomarker discovery and glycoproteomics. She earned her PhD from The University of Queensland in 2000 and has held significant research positions, including Group Leader of the Precision and Systems Biomedicine Laboratory at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, academic lead of the Proteomics Facility at Translational Research Institute, and Secretary General of Human Proteome Organisation (the international peak body for proteomics).
Professor Hill is renowned for her ability to build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative culture that empowers innovation. With her expertise in translating cutting-edge research into commercial applications, she has successfully driven ProSeek Bio’s innovative platform for developing next-generation diagnostics. Her strategic vision in commercialization has positioned the company at the forefront of women’s health, aiming to revolutionize early detection and treatment options.
Dr. Leo Bolero, Chief Commercial Officer at ProSeek Bio, holds dual degrees in Molecular Genetics and Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, complemented by a PhD in AI and Machine Learning in Medical Informatics from the University of Sydney. His extensive experience spans roles such as Senior Computational Biologist at the University of Queensland and Principal Biostatistician at Biocartis, where he managed biostatistics teams and oversaw successful regulatory submissions across multiple regions. Dr. Bolero's expertise in biotechnology commercialization and regulatory affairs, including a postgraduate qualification in International Regulations for Medical Devices from Johns Hopkins University, positions him as a pivotal leader in advancing ProSeek Bio's mission to develop next-generation diagnostics for women's health.



Dr. Idris Mohd Najib is Founder Associate at ProSeek Bio with nearly 10 years of experience in molecular cell biology and proteomics. He earned his PhD from Queensland University of Technology, where his research explored the application of proteomic techniques to investigate novel roles for mRNA transcription and its application in drug discovery. Dr. Mohd Najib’s entry to entrepreneurship began in CARP pharmaceuticals and has further developed his skills in the Blackbird Giants program for startup mentoring. His dedication to scientific precision and his collaborative approach strengthen ProSeek Bio’s innovative diagnostic platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in women's health diagnostics.
Dr. Thomas Stoll is a Senior Scientist at ProSeek Bio, leading mass spectrometry product development. He earned his PhD from the University of Hohenheim and has 20+ years’ experience in mass spectrometry spanning academia and industry. His expertise includes mass spectrometry method development, validation and applications. At ProSeek Bio, Dr. Stoll leverages his extensive industry experience to advance the development of cutting-edge diagnostics in women's health.
Dr. Renee S. Richards serves as a Science Advisor at ProSeek Bio, contributing her extensive expertise in proteomics and glycoproteomics to the development of innovative diagnostic solutions. She earned her PhD in Biochemistry from Griffith University. Dr. Richards was a key contributor to the landmark 2023 study by Dutt et al., which identified and validated ovarian cancer glycoform biomarkers using the advanced Lectin Magnetic Bead Array-Mass Spectrometry (LeMBA-MS) platform. Her analytical skills and collaborative approach continue to drive progress in the company’s mission to address critical unmet needs in women’s health.
